We keep Whitebred Shorthorns for breeding Blue Greys, alongside Black Galloways and Aberdeen Angus. We are organic as of 2027. We keep the cattle that suit our farm. The Whitebred Shorthorn is our chosen sire for the Blue Grey cross and the Aberdeen Angus Cross We also use Black Galloways as a Crossing Bull — a low-management, efficient option that thrives on our less lush pastures and produces great-tasting beef. We are a pedigree breeder focusing on easily managed, good-growth cattle true to type.
